This building, was built by Refugio Reyes in 1916, is eclectic style with marked neoclassical influence and frenchified aspect.
There, was the Gardenia store. Then, and for many years, were established different businesses, such as drug stores and ironmonger’s until 1984 when the state government restored the building and created the present bibliographic storage center.
